Rishikesh at Rishikesh .Badrinath highway. A spiritual retreat

The main objective behind establishing VNA is to promote Outdoor
Adventure activities, tourism and Indian Culture among people
and serve them with a complete and natural feel of Mother Nature
and this is done in a new and innovative way.

art equipment. Ex National Institute of Mountaineering (NIM)
instructor having 15 years of experience in
Mountaineering,Trekking is available round the clock to provide
a high level rescue system for adventure sports and other
activities,River guide having 9 years of experience in White
Water Rafting & River Rescue is available for all river related
Guidance , each and every member of the team is trained to
protect both the tourists and the environment.

Accommodation - Every care has been taken to make your stay
warm, comfortable and cozy in tents, bamboo cottages and AC
rooms.
Swiss cottage tents specially designed to keep the
mosquitoes out. They ensure hygiene, Comfort, privacy and space
to families and groups. Each living unit is an individual,
deluxe tent mounted on a concrete platform with a private sit
out and an attached bathroom. It is designed to keep you
Comfortable, warm and cosy. The 12’ by 12’ area conveniently
accommodates two full-sized beds with crisp and clean linen,
quilts, bedside tables and chairs which make up the essentials.
Each "cottage" has an attached bathroom with western style flush
toilets and taps with 24 x7 running water.
Bamboo cottages: Exclusively designed with bamboo
interiors and bamboo furniture, a private verandah overlooking

Medicines
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
i) Non-swimmers are welcome but may be restricted to certain
sections of the river on the advice of the river guide/ trip
leader.
ii) People suffering from weak heart conditions, epilepsy,
expecting mothers or those with any serious ailment may come for
camping after consulting their doctor, but are not permitted to
participate in the adventure activities.
iii) Alcohol is not permitted neither in camp nor in any
adventure activity.Any person consuming alcohol during camp or
activity will not be allowed to participate in the adventure
activity. No refunds will be applicable in such case.
iv) The dates of the trip will be confirmed after a payment of
50% advance. Till then the dates will be reserved on a tentative
basis.
Balance payment must be made one week prior to the trip date.
v) Demand drafts are to be made in favour of “Hamara Holiday
Pvt.Ltd.” Payable at Delhi, INDIA
v) Cancellations:
a) VNA Hotels Pvt. Ltd./ Hamara Holiday Private Limited reserves
the rights to alter, cancel any trip depending upon the
prevailing conditions. In case a trip is altered/cancelled due
to natural calamities, there will be no refund. However, the
payment will be transferred to any other weekend depending on
the booking status.
b) We should be informed of any change in the number of guests
or cancellations immediately and VNA Hotels Pvt. Ltd. / Hamara
Holiday Private Limited reserves the rights to levy any
applicable service charges. However, no cancellation charges
would be levied in case we receive a four weeks notice for the
cancellations. If the cancellation is intimated to us two weeks
before the trip, the cancellation charges will be 25 percent and
if the cancellation is intimated to us one week prior to the
trip, the cancellation charge will be 50 percent. If the
cancellation is intimated to us less than a week prior to trip.
